Delete your Omnio Pro account & data

You can permanently delete your Omnio Pro provider account and the personal data associated with it at any time, two ways:

• In the app: Account → Login & security → Delete my account. Deletion is immediate.
• By email: send a request from your account email to hello@omnio.services. We complete emailed requests within 30 days.

What is deleted: your name, email, phone number, business details, uploaded credential documents, saved preferences, and sign-in identity. What may be retained: records of completed jobs and payouts that we are legally required to keep (retained without your personal identifiers wherever possible), for the period required by law.
